With several Twitter fans from the team, Blogger has announced their profile in Twitter, a micro-blogging platform which allows only 140 characters in 1 post.
The team would post their status updates, major update announcements, pointers to cool use of Blogger and perhaps reply to serious blogger who has reported the issue!
From the current 40 Twitter updates, we can witness the Blogger’s no.1 service attitude, which in my opinion that they really care about blogger’s needs, at least to reply every essential suggestion and report.
I personally thought Blogger profile in Twitter is an extremely good place for blogger to know about the latest move of the Blogger team. This is simply because Twitter is not the same with common blog, the team has to be very active to keep their profile alive and attractive, at least some characters to answer Twitter’s standard question ‘What are you doing?’
While Blogger team has promised to keep their eye on @blogger (message), the Help Center and Blogger Discussion Group are still the best place to get the issue support. Blogger team has put a status site into their Twitter profile, which is also a good place to let you know about the latest status of Blogger platform.
For my personal experience in both 3 places, I would say Blogger Discussion Group is a good place to discuss or solve the issue with other professional Blogger, while the Help center is a good resource center. If you want to find the Blogger team that would really reply your words, their Twitter’s profile is absolutely the right destination for you.
