Ok, Great news! I Got timestamp issue worked out without having to mess with the code!
I did it by going to
Dashboard>Settings>Language and Formatting

Set Date Header format to: ‘Friday, January 17, 2015’
Set Timestamp format to the exact same: ‘Friday, January 17, 2015’
Set comment timestamp Format to the same also: ‘Friday, January 17, 2015’
Click Save settings. & View Blog. And Tadaaaah! All fixed. Hope this helps someone :)

I’ve installed it on my cookbook blog it is working perfectly aside from issues with time stamp, and this is not because of the template itself, it is only an issue because blogger does not give me the templates prefered (‘Wednesday, 4 March, 2008′) time stamp option. So I’m going to try to modify that within the template code myself. Wish me luck, lol, I’m gonna need it! I’ll let you know how it goes.
