It's a common issue for custom Blogger template. You can clear the browser's cache, exit the browser, restart the browser then try to upload again until success.

i really like this template. i tried to upload but it give me this error “bX-7iq6wn”. i already reported to blogger but no reply yet ;(

You can actually get the date of the post appeared in Green Tech 2. ;)

Please access into 'Settings', and under the 'Formatting' tab, change the 'Timestamp Format' to something like 'Wednesday, December 17, 2008', 'Save Settings' and you can see the date on the below of every post title.

I use this template but some friend in a comment told me: Where is the date of the post? then i realize that there is not date in this template so i think i would change..
